Adult Psychotherapy
The reasons that lead us to make a psychological and psychotherapeutic consultation can be diverse. Sometimes we are not clear what is happening to us, but we perceive the presence of different symptoms that hinder and / or prevent the normal development of our daily lives, thus affecting various aspects of our lives, family environment, emotions, at work, social and romantic relationships, among others.
These symptoms create anguish, discomfort, or emotional suffering, as they are the result of an unresolved internal or external conflict. The objective of psychotherapeutic work is to help to develop tools that make possible to identify, develop and have the necessary resources to deal with the conflict and resolve it properly from an active listening, and the deployment of the uniqueness of each one, in which together we can go repairing the emotional and thoughts deficiencies, to allow changes trough their relief, closure, and, suffering and discomfort formulation.
