Youth Psychotherapy

Adolescence is a stage of transformation and multiple changes in different development areas. These often cause confusion, creating discomfort that is manifested in behavioral symptoms.

The work will consist of using words, and the therapeutic alliance, to detect the situations that generate conflicts. We will elaborate the mourning and losses that childhood entails, this will help to understand the physical and emotional earthquakes that this stage creates, also, it will help to establish the moments in which the teen needs to have limits. In the psychotherapeutic work it is important to include the family and the school, thus allowing the psychodynamic and care perspective to complement each other.
