Child Psychotherapy

In childhood, children experience great changes, curiosity, and desire to learn, integration of social skills and rules recognition. However, what happens when conflicts are generated in these stages? What about when symptoms appear, and they indicate warning signs that something is not right?

In child psychotherapy is through playing and drawings, where the inner world of children is expressed and known. Sometimes, not being able to express their feelings in words and in a conscious way creates pain, ending up in symptoms that can be physical, emotional, and behavioral. Through the psychotherapeutic work se we seek to know, analyze, and elaborate the conflictive and/or traumatic experiences so that the child can feel better. It is important to include the family and the school, thus allowing a complementary view and attention.
