When should I go to a psychologist and psychotherapist?
- •When we have a general feeling of discomfort such as anguish or sadness with or without apparent reason.
- When we do not have enough resources to cope with daily problems and feelings of irritability, stagnation, lack of motivation, unusual tiredness or insomnia appear.
- When we feel powerless to face difficult situations: personal, social, work and/or family conflicts (break-ups or separations, death of a loved one, layoffs, serious illnesses, etc.).
- •When symptoms that produce discomfort and incapacitate for everyday life appear, like: anxiety, panic attacks, obsessions, drowning, anguish crisis, sleep problems, uncontrolled crying, etc.
